Marrabelle, Florida. Off an abandoned strip of highway, you can get off before or after you pass the river that turns into saltmarsh. The air is a wet 90 degrees. The humidity has a weight to it like a child’s sweat soaked bounce house. Multiple attempts have been made to turn Marrabelle into a vacation spot; all have left remains behind.
Their ship has awoken beneath the waves of the Gulf of Mexico, and has enacted a program to get evolution back on track. The backup plan has gone into effect, and human genetics are being guided back to their rightful path.
